Booking Process
Book date of your session with advance 50% payment. Rest you can pay at the end of the shoot.
Deposit is non-refundable, but you can use it in future booking.
If any unavoidable circumstances like emergency, illness or any other cause which is out of our control, we will reschedule your session as earliest as possible.
We accept UPI / Gpay / Net banking and cash only.
Deliverable Process
Please Book your new-born session according to your due date of delivery. We will reschedule it as per the baby’s birth.
Ideal time of photoshoot of baby when he/she will turn into 5-15 days old to ensure a sleepy and flexible baby.
If baby doesn’t get comfortable with one particular set up after four trials, we understand baby’s discomfort and change the set up as per baby’s comfort
Raw images with logo will be shared via access control drive (for selection purpose) via what’s app link or email.
All unedited photos without logo of entire session can be purchased at cost of 1700/- with 14GB pen drive.
Edited photos will be delivered to you after 3-4 week from the date photos selected by you.
Album will be delivered in 15 days after the submission of edited images.
If selection will not do within one week, then it will be selected and edited by our team for our future commitment to another client.
Extra edited image in the shoot cost Rs 350 per image.
If you want to add extra set up for new born shoot you have to pay Rs 1500 extra.
After 3 months of your sessions date, K & G photography will no longer be responsible for your data storage. Still if you want the images will be retrieve on extra charges.
Client must arrive at studio as per decided time slot. Little late will be acceptable but larger time late will be result in shorter session and neither we both wants that.
We can shoot at your location provided transportation cost bare by the client.
Photographer reserved all the right to post the picture on social media for marketing purpose. If client wants privacy, they have to pay 30% of the actual package charges.
